Giuseppe Sedilesu Winery is the story of winegrowers and their passion, which is rooted in the tradition, in the experience and the protection of its land as a community asset. The philosophy is to cultivate the vineyards with full respect for the land and the environment, going along with the course of nature. The company was founded in 2000 by creating the first formal label in the village of Mamoiada, Mamuthone, and so, after a 25-year journey, the company produces nowadays a selection of 14 different wine labels. The basis of the production are pure vinifications of Cannonau and Granatza starting from the organic cultivation of the vineyards; furthermore, the use of spontaneous fermentations gives the wines the possibility to fully express themselves, taking advantage of what nature has in store for each different vintage
